At Alfredo Gem Yard, we can help you design and create a bespoke engagement ring at our in-house workshop to represent your love that is undefinable, unbreakable and unconditional.
01 Initial Appointment
It all begins with a relaxed virtual appointment, where you’re welcomed into our creative space through an online consultation.
During your session, you’ll meet with one of our expert Jewellery Consultants who will guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you explore ideas for your dream ring.
A virtual appointment with us is designed to help you discover what you love, what suits your unique personal style, and what inspires a piece that truly reflects your story. Every appointment is a warm, no-obligation experience meant to spark creativity and bring your vision to life.
02 Diamond Selection
Once you have chosen your desired design or have designed a custom piece, it’s time to select the
perfect diamond to complement your vision. Your dedicated consultant will thoroughly discuss with
you to understand your diamond preferences. They will ask questions about your desired shape,
carat weight, colour, clarity, and other important factors.
Based on your preferences, our consultants will make recommendations and guide you while searching through our vast diamond inventory, which boasts over 150,000 exquisite diamonds. We aim to help you find the diamond that truly speaks to you.

03 Digital CAD Design
Whether you have chosen to design a ring from our Signature Range, or co-created a Custom Ring with us you will receive a computer aided design - CAD.
This is a technical drawing of your ring design, outlining your chosen specifications.
Your CAD can be amended as many times as you feel necessary, and we will reflect the changes you have made through updated CAD variations. Once approved, we begin the crafting process.
04 Crafting Your Beautiful Piece
After finalizing your diamond selection, our in-house team of experienced jewellers and diamond
setters begins the process of crafting your unique piece. We understand the significance of your
jewellery and the memories it will carry, which is why our craftsmen work with the utmost care and
attention to detail. They combine traditional techniques with modern technology to bring your
design to life. From intricate filigree work to the precision setting of each diamond, your piece is
created with the highest level of craftsmanship.
05 Rigorous Quality Control
Quality is of utmost importance to us at the Australian Diamond Company. Once your piece has
been crafted, our production team rigorously inspects it to ensure that every aspect meets our
exacting standards. We meticulously examine the setting, claws, and overall finish to confirm that
your piece is flawless and exquisite. Our commitment to quality is unwavering, and we take pride in
delivering a piece that exceeds your expectations.
06 Order Collection Day
Once your ring is complete, you’ll receive an update from our team, including a detailed video so you can admire your finished piece before it ships. We’ll also provide all relevant shipping information and tracking details to ensure a seamless delivery experience. If you prefer, our team can assist you with arranging a convenient pickup option as well.
